Ecommerce Journal, research shows that one in five transactions online this holiday season will use an alternative payment process such as
PayPal,
eBill Me, prepaid cards or other online services. The total amount of money that is expected to be spent this way is $7.8 billion, or 18% of the $42.8 billion projected this holiday season.
