According to the Fair Issacs Corporation, the growing popularity of prepaid cards could lead to more fraud. It could come in the form of counterfeit cards, lost or stolen cards and pins. What are some of the measures that can be taken to avoid prepaid cards from becoming a major source of fraud?
Unlikely - as a processor we have several layers of security, not to mention the issuence banks due diligence, OFAC, CIP ... its very very difficult to commit fraud ... easier with credit.
