The ePaymentsnews Network reports that as an alternative method to paying injured workers, JPMorgan now provides insurance companies the Chase Workers Compensation Card prepaid debit card.
This prepaid card was designed to reduce costs associated with paper-based check distribution and to help improve managed funds distribution. Administrators can deposit funds electronically, track payments, and produce nearly twenty types of reports. Injured workers can access their funds at ATMs, pay bills online, receive cash back at retail locations, and use the cards anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted.
